  • The Human Performance Laboratory (HPL) supports both the educational and research activities of the Center for the Study of Sport & Exercise. 

    This newly renovated HPL facility is approximately ~1000 sqtf and houses a full suite of biomechanics and exercise physiology laboratory equipment and software including: Vicon Motion Capture system, Visual 3D, 2 Kistler force plates, 16 channel Noraxon electromyography system, XSENS MTw inertial measurement unit system, Dartfish video analysis software, Cosmed K4b2 portable gas analysis system, Cosmed Quark T12x wireless Stress Testing ECG system, Treadmill, Monark cycle ergometer and Computrainer.
