Stacey Peyer received her BASW from California State University, Los Angeles in 1985 and her MSW from University of Southern California in 1987. Licensed in California since 1989, she has worked with both adolescents and adults in a variety of clinical settings, including outpatient mental health and with incarcerated adolescents. After serving as a Field Instructor for UCLA and USC School of Social Work, Stacey joined the Field Faculty at California State University Long Beach School of Social Work, serving as Field Liaison and Seminar Instructor for 26 years. She has extensive experience in curriculum development for field education and is especially interested and versed in teaching social work ethics, the development of professional self, and assisting students in learning how to communicate effectively in supervision.
