Biography

David Moser completed his Master of Public Administration at Seattle University in 2015. He has over 15 years of experience working in homelessness services in Seattle as a frontline downtown shelter worker, residential counselor in permanent supportive housing programs, and most recently at Neighborhood House for the last 11 years where he managed a team of Housing Case Managers and designed a variety of homelessness prevention, shelter diversion, and rapid rehousing programs.

Driven by the conviction that housing is a human right and that there are no broken people only broken systems, he brings experience at the policy development, program implementation, and individual case management levels. His graduate research has focused on the historic causes of racialized disparities in homelessness and housing, the suburbanization of poverty, Fair Housing policy, and land use and zoning law.
