Leadership Seminar

Women Academic Leaders in a Roman Catholic Jesuit Hierarchical Structure: Empowered Contributors? Change Agents? Collaborators?

Co-facilitator: Dr. Sharon Henderson Callahan, Director, Doctor of Ministry Program
This three hour workshop offers women faculty and key staff at Seattle University the opportunity to describe and understand a culture that hopes to collaborate within a demanding outside structure. Participants will tell stories, learn leadership strategies, and commit to enhancing skills. The presenters/ facilitators will draw from contemporary leadership theories, work on perseverance and grit, and knowledge of women’s ways of leadership.
