The Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce is the largest independent business and employer association in the region. The Chamber engages the innovation and entrepreneurship of its members to create a strong economy, advocate for a vital business environment, and build sustainable and healthy communities in the Seattle region.

The Regional Government Relations Manager works closely with the Vice President, External Relations and the entire External Relations team to help implement policy and advocacy efforts on behalf of the Seattle Metro Chamber and its members to ensure the region’s business climate is as conducive as possible to the success of our region’s employers. In this role you’ll be responsible for understanding city, county and state developments, including economic development initiatives, governmental initiatives, and legislative or economic changes. You’ll also play an active role in articulating the Chamber’s position in various governmental hearings, or meetings, and will be tasked with constructing and delivering key Chamber positions through public advocacy, including presentations before governmental entities.
