Lambert House LGBTQ Youth Community Center in Seattle, Washington, is hiring a full-time (40 hour per week) Program Coordinator/LGBTQ Youth Support Group Establishment to work through December 2020 to implement a new program. The program will establish 21 LGBTQ youth support groups in King County outside of Seattle with an emphasis on smaller cities, towns, and rural and unincorporated areas. The program coordinator typically will not facilitate the groups and will not work directly with youth. This position is primarily one of skilled-volunteer recruitment, program administration, training, and oversight; it is not one of direct service with youth. Job seekers who want to work directly with LGBTQ youth will be better served by looking for other opportunities.
