The Human Resource team at Neighborhood House provides administrative and system support to over 250 staff located across multiple locations. Under the direction of the Human Resources Director, the HR Specialist is responsible for providing administrative and some technical support across several areas. HR Duties for this role include but are not limited to drafting and processing of staff paperwork, leave management, legal compliance, workers’ compensation claim and unemployment benefit claims processing, extensive records maintenance, and a high volume of staff Q & A. This position will also serve as backup to other HR team members, when needed.
