Tilth Alliance is an environmental education organization whose mission is to create a socially equitable, economically viable and ecologically sound food system. Our core work is to:
• Teach and inspire people with a range of original, practical and compelling programs that increase understanding of the complexity of our food system and its impacts.
• Use experiential, hands-on education and peer-to-peer exchange to educate, shift understanding, and create change.

Our finance and administration team ensures a strong foundation for the organization and its work. The Finance Coordinator is a key member of the team performing a variety of financial duties that support the smooth operation of the organization, as well as providing support to the Executive Director and Finance & Administration Manager.
