Under the leadership of the Chief Executive Officer, and serving as a member of the Executive Team, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for operating with a focus on excellence in all matters, developing practices that nurture strong systems and robust infrastructure, overseeing a complex network of services that support Programs and Administration including Finance, IT, Facilities, Real Estate, and Operations.   The CFO oversees and ensures timely and effective information-sharing on organizational direction and priorities to internal stakeholders, ensures a sound budget development framework and operating within agency budget; responsiveness to the ongoing and emergent needs of leadership, staff, and youth throughout the organization.
