Scholarships and Financial Aid

MSW Program Scholarships 

The MSW Program offers several 1-year needs-based scholarships. There is no application process for the scholarships.  Students accepted to the MSW Program are automatically considered if the have submitted a complete the Free Application For Student Aid (FASFA) and express a deep passion for clinical social work and social justice. The Program attempts to award scholarships no later than early May.

Dr. Marylou Wyse Award

  • (2) need-based scholarships are awarded to incoming 2 Year MSW students for up to two years.  
  • Students must complete the FAFSA.
  • Continuous enrollment of at least three credits per term, but a minimum of 12 credits per academic year, is expected to remain eligible for renewal of the graduate award.
  • Recipients receive up to $2,400 per academic year for a total of eight quarters if you remain in good standing. Total scholarship dollars cannot exceed $4,800
  • Awarded through the Graduate Admissions Office.  Separate application is not needed.
