Biography

Mr. Kevin Bakers’ life journey has been devoted to supporting the realization of our best selves. Mr. Baker, Principal Consultant and CEO of Baker Consulting, specializes in organizational change and leadership development through the embodiment of cultural responsiveness and Race Equity, Accessibility, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (READEIB) principles. Mr. Baker also co-teaches Race-Based Trauma and Equity for Therapists at Seattle University. He conducts workshops, keynotes and speaks on panels across numerous disciplines, including Education, Mental Health, Community Policing, Homelessness, Leadership, Organizational Change, and other fields.

Mr. Baker’s areas of expertise include Strategic Planning, Facilitation, Coaching, Racial Equity, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, Cultural Responsiveness, Trauma, Historical Trauma, implicit Bias, Power and Privilege, White cultural norms, and other topics. Mr. Baker holds a Master’s in Education, and a Masters in Psychology, from a Depth Psychological perspective.
