    Brynnen Ford teaches program evaluation for the MNPL program. She currently serves on the board of directors for Seattle Music Partners, and serves on the Equity Task Force for Leschi Elementary School. Brynnen Ford holds a BA in Comparative Religion and Education from Swarthmore College, a Masters in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from University of Washington, and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from University of Washington.

    Brynnen's research has focused on the experience of white/Euro-American school principals negotiating racial conflict. Her professional and academic background is in educational leadership, policy research and practice.

    Previous to coming to the MNPL program, Brynnen Ford served as a researcher, evaluator and doctoral student at University of Washington. She has worked in and with Seattle Public Schools as a teacher, administrator, and parent leader. She has also worked with local and national education reform organizations.
