The Seattle University Choirs’ spring concert presents our choral groups at their performance peak and features a stunning selection of musical settings and vocal textures celebrating the beauty of our earth. Through the medium of 16th-century madrigal and 19th-century operatic duet, 20th-century art song and 21st-century new choral music, the choirs proclaim and rejoice in the varied loveliness of the earth and its inhabitants. The concerts feature the music of Henk Badings, Samuel Barber, David L. Brunner, Léo Delibes, Josquin des Prez, Ola Gjeilo, Morten Lauridsen, Charles Villiers Stanford and Eric Whitacre.
