  • Dombrowski Presents on the Concept of God

    December 2, 2010

Philosophy  Professor  Daniel A. Dombrowski  was a featured presenter at the “Perfect Changes” conference at the University of Munster, Germany, last month. The international conference focused on American philosopher Charles Hartshorne whose work involved a  social  concept of God rather than a monarchical version espoused in classical theism.  Dombrowski presented on “Hartshorne, Plato, and the Concept of God.”

Dombrowski, a prolific scholar, is the author of 16 books and more than 100 articles on philosophy, theology, classics, and literature. His most recent book, Contemporary Athletics and Ancient Great Ideals, was published by the University of Chicago Press last year.
