Len and Joan Dombrowski, parents of Professor Dan Dombrowski, renew their vows in the Chapel of St. Ignatius for their 65th anniversary.Len and Joan Dombrowski, parents of Seattle University Professor Dan Dombrowski, recently renewed their vows in the Chapel of St. Ignatius, in celebration of their 65th wedding anniversary. Father Pat Kelly presided over the ceremony.  Having done the same for their 50th anniversary, Mr. Dombrowski said (with a wink) that they wanted to repeat them as a renewal for the “next 65 years together.” The happy couple attributes being happily married for so long “a strong faith, long walks where they talked and shared their hopes and dreams with one another, and never giving up.”

Sharing the celebration were their six sons, Gregory, Andrew, Thomas, Daniel (beginning his 30th year on the SU faculty,) Gerard, and Mark, pictured here with their parents.
