Jennifer Martin CV

Jennifer Martin teaches Leading Organizational Change for MNPL. As Principal of Community Change Group, she coaches, facilitates and consults with teams and individuals to transform their organizations and communities. Her professional experience spans more than 20 years across philanthropic, nonprofit and corporate sectors serving in a variety of senior roles. Prior to Community Change Group, she was Vice President of Organizational Development at Seattle Foundation and an Associate Director at the YWCA of Seattle-King County-Snohomish County.

Jennifer’s current research is focused on how individuals and organizations can build resilience and thrive during change and transitions. Jennifer received a B.A. from Northwestern University and M.P.A. from the Evans School at University of Washington. She is a graduate of Leadership Tomorrow and is a certified professional coach.
