Bill Moskin CV


Based in Bainbridge Island, Washington, Bill Moskin has been active in the field of arts administration for over forty years. His background includes leadership positions in performing arts and public arts agency management; arts administration training; and fundraising.  As a consultant for over 25 years, he has extensive national experience in community cultural planning, organizational planning, leadership training, and cultural tourism. In addition, he is an author and has been a regular presenter at statewide and national conferences.

Throughout his career, Bill has served on numerous grants panels, boards and advisory committees.  Locally he has served as a board member of the Bainbridge Island Arts and Humanities Council, as a member of the City of Bainbridge Island’s Farmland Taskforce, and as a member of the City’s Lodging Tax Advisory Committee.

Bill Moskin is a Certified Sustainable Building Advisor.
