Albers School of Business and Economics

As an undergraduate student at Albers School of Business and Economics, you will have access to highly qualified faculty who are committed to teaching the skills and concepts needed to succeed in business. Because of our dedicated faculty and rigorous curriculum, we have earned a reputation as one of the best business schools in the country. We are an AACSB accredited school, a distinction held by less than 5% of the world's business schools. We are also ranked among U.S. News & World Report’s top undergraduate business schools in the nation.

Seattle University's first emphasis is on learning. Business classes are small enough that you will get to know your professors and they will be able to provide you with personalized help. Due to the size of the classes, you will also have more opportunities to talk with your fellow students about new concepts and ideas. Faculty members, not teaching assistants, teach classes.

Relevant Education, Real Experience

Following the Jesuit tradition of developing the whole person, you will be offered opportunities to expand your horizons and thinking into areas beyond your usual boundaries. Albers classes push you to develop the ability to question as a way of learning and to think independently, with regard for others. Ethics and social responsibility are incorporated into the curriculum, and you will participate in community service projects and volunteerism. We are committed to helping you graduate as an engaged, responsible citizen of the community, the country, and the world.

Being located in the heart of the Seattle business community allows us to help you connect with local business leaders through class projects, the Mentor Program, and the Albers Executive Speakers Series, as well as through club-sponsored events. You will also have the opportunity to participate in summer internships and our proximity to many corporate headquarters both large and small offer a prime job market for graduating seniors.
