Job Description

We’re a rapidly growing team of experienced incubators and game developers working with truly inspiring technology. We brainstorm exciting and ground-breaking experiences and quickly build working prototypes on top of developing tech. We transform our ideas into reality through shipping first-to-market products. My role is to create and drive 5-year franchise plans for these experiences. My main roles include planning, partnerships, strategy, procurement & outsourcing and negotiations in a domestic and international capacity.

Employment History

I've been at Microsoft for over 11 years working on Xbox One, Xbox 360, Kinect, Windows, Office and incubation projects in business, marketing and finance roles. Previously, I worked at National Bank of Alaska, Washington Mutual and Sierra-Online/Vivendi/Activision-Blizzard.


MBA and BABA, majoring in Finance, both from Seattle University.

Mentoring Objectives & Scope

Here is the agenda I usually follow for undergrads: Dec: Meet and Greet, plan out the next 6 months. Jan: Resume review, start 5 year career plan. Feb: 5 Year career plan review #1. Mar: MS Lunch + Senior Leader meeting. Apr: Business lunch+ career plan review #2. May: Executive Speaker Series or business discussion.

When and where do you hold meetings with your students?

On or around the SU campus in late afternoons/evenings, or at the Microsoft West Campus in Redmond during the day.
