Job Description

Actively engaged in the valuation of real property since 1985, Mr. Taylor specializes in the analysis of institutional investment-grade office properties but his expertise also includes industrial, retail, mixed-use, multi-family and special-use properties, automobile dealerships, unimproved commercial and residential land, platted subdivisions and high-value single-family residential properties. In addition, he has extensive experience in the analysis of partial interests and transferable development rights (TDRs) as well as providing development-focused consulting services that include market analyses, rent studies and highest and best use determinations.

Employment History

Prior to joing Cushman & Wakefield in May of 2006, Mr. Taylor was a Vice President with GVA Kidder Mathews in Seattle and Bellevue.
