Mentoring Objectives & Scope

My objective with the program are to open up dialogue with the students about their career aspirations and how to take learning from their MBA program and apply it in the real world.  I am here as an objective resource for them and they can get as much or as little out of the experience as they choose.  As part of my interaction with them,  I offer them exposure to other executives in the company who lead functions that the students may have interest in.

When and where do you hold meetings with your students?
