Take the Lead With Us

At Seattle University's Albers School of Business, we believe business education can transform the course of your career but, more importantly, transform you as a person, too.

Designed exclusively for mid- to senior-level professionals who want both a face-to-face classroom experience and the convenience of working online from home, our Executive Education programs help you develop your general management skills and business acumen, and enhance your personal competencies, values, and vision as a leader.

Executive Leadership Certificate Program

As a student in this seven-month program, you’ll take a deep dive into what makes you tick and how that impacts your leadership. Through seven executive courses, we'll guide you in the process as you discover within yourself the hallmarks of great leadership -- deep self-awareness, insight, and humility -- along with the confidence to influence and inspire others.

Leadership Executive MBA

After earning the Executive Leadership Certificate, Leadership Executive MBA students move into the four-quarter business curriculum. As a leader, you need to see the big picture so your courses will focus on the strategy and decision-making skills you need to drive cross-functional collaboration and innovation.

You’ll develop your voice as a leader, gain valuable business skills, and learn what it means to lead a responsible organization – everything to help you become the kind of leader you admire and respect.

Delta Dental has put 12 executives through the Executive Leadership Program. Interestingly, graduates have independently described their participation using the words “life changing.” Indeed, there are noticeable changes in each graduate. They are more reflective, more participatory and more collaborative. The program is unique in that it captures the Jesuit traditions of discernment and service to others. These are healthy qualities for a corporation as well as personal well-being.
