Admitted Transfer Student Reception

Congratulations on your admission to Seattle University!

Our 2019 admitted transfer student events are an opportunity to visit campus and meet with members of the Seattle University community! Each college will be hosting an information session. There will also be workshops available to learn more about financial aid, professional development opportunities, academic support services and other resources at Seattle University. 

August 6th Event Information:

    Guests can utilize the complimentary parking code in the Murphy Garage (marked P4 on the campus map linked below), or Broadway Parking Garage (marked P3 on the campus map). Please do the following: 

    1: Locate the Pay Station and select the parking code option
    2: Enter parking code (Will be posted on Monday, August 5th!)
    3: Complete transaction and pick up the printed permit
    4: Place the permit on dashboard of the vehicle

Each event will take place between 8:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

To RSVP, please log into your Applicant Status Portal. Admitted students should see an invitation link at the top right of their portal.

Event Details

Check-in will take place from 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. The formal program will begin at 9:00 a.m. with opening remarks from members of the Seattle University community, including a faculty member and a current student or alumnus. There will be formal sessions with each academic college followed by two workshop sessions to learn more campus resources and financial aid. The formal program will end by noon. 


Parking is available at the Murphy and Broadway parking garages. Please click here for a map of campus. Signs will direct you to the garage, and then to the Student Center after you have parked. A parking code that will allow you to park on campus at no cost will be emailed to registered guests 24 hours before each event.
