Initial math placement is based on ACT or SAT scores. However, depending on a student’s major the Math Placement Exam may be needed. Please refer to the Registration tutorial to determine if the Math Placement Exam is for you. The Math Placement Exam is offered online. This allows students to adjust their academic plans as needed based on placement. Students will have 60 minutes to complete the Algebra & Functions exam and 30 minutes to complete the Trigonometry exam.
Before submitting your preferences, please complete a Registration Tutorial available here.
After you have completed the Registration Tutorial, you can submit your Schedule Preferences Form so that we may register you for classes.
Completing this form will provide us with information regarding your course preferences. Please note that you are only indicating what courses you are interested in taking. Submitting this form does not register you for classes. You will not be assigned classes until this form is submitted.

Seattle University requires all full-time (enrolled in 12 or more credits) undergraduates to have health insurance. SU contracts the Student Health Insurance Plan through Wells Fargo Insurance Services.
If you have your own health insurance plan with comparable coverage and would like to remove the health insurance charge from your account, you MUST successfully submit an online waiver. Confirm or waive insurance at wfis.wellsfargo.com/seattleuniversity/
