Premajor Studies Program

  •  Do you ever feel like you’re the only one who’s uncertain, unsure, or undecided about your major? You’re not alone! Join the Premajor Studies Program for an exciting exploration into the beginning of your college experience. This will be a great opportunity to spend time with other incoming Premajors and get connected to a Premajor Advisor before fall quarter even starts! This immersion experience will be highly interactive and hands-on to help you learn more about who you are, your strengths and talents. You can look forward to real conversations about SU life on and off campus, building community with other students who are in the same place as you, and having experiences that will promote reflection and finding your inner voice!

Limited to 10 students and first priority goes to Premajors who missed Summer in Seattle in July.

    Gear to Bring:

You will be staying on-campus in your assigned residence hall (commuters will commute from home). Activity costs and meals (Wednesday dinner through Friday lunch) are included in your registration for this immersion experience. Dress is casual; you may want to wear layers, because Seattle weather in September can be unpredictable.

    •  Your campus card to be able to enter and exit your residence hall
    • Sturdy, comfortable, closed-toe shoes
    • A lightweight, waterproof jacket
    • Any medications for current medical conditions, especially for known allergies

    • One set of clothes you don't mind getting dirty
    • Work out/active clothes that you can move in
    • Water bottle
    • Desire to serve, reflect and have some fun together!
