Wow, I did it! I'm done with my junior year at Seattle University! I cannot believe that in a matter of days I can call myself a senior! I am not sure if this is a good or bad thing. On one hand, it terrifies me. On another, I'm stoked! When people tell you that college flys by, they are VERY correct. It literally goes by in a flash.
In other news, I finally turned 21! It was very exciting, last Saturday, June 4th. Such a legit birthday. Went out with lots of friends and had a blast! My best friend in the world as well as my family came up just for the weekend and it was perfect! My best friend Sara and I went to the Space Needle on Friday and then watched my friend Justin and some others participate in our school's annual Gallon Challenge. It is exactly what it sounds like, drinking a gallon of milk in an hour. Now, this is supposed to be impossible, but 4 people finished it! It was disgusting and yet exciting all at the same time. Finals week is this week and so naturally everyone is stressing out, but we always get through it. I finished yesterday with my final art critique, which is the end of my core classes (YAY!). I am so relieved to be done and apparently since my body stress is off, my body decided to shut down on me and I have been pretty sick this week. Oh life of a college student. I finally have time to read books though and relax, so I have begun reading The Hunger Games, which if you have not heard, is a must read! I love it already! Happy Hump Day everyone and happy summer! In just one week I will be embarking on my next journey to the beautiful country of Belize! Wish me luck :)
