Seattle University Students, Faculty, and Staff are responsible for storing and securing their own bicycle in designated areas on the university campus. Bicylces may not be stored in hallways, bathrooms, stairwells, or in any path of egress. Any bicycle found in these non-designated locations will be subject to impound. There are bicycle racks located near the entrances of resident halls and academic buildings.
Bicycle registration will be valid during the Academic year in which it is registered, and will expire on June 30th. Please renew your bicycle reigstration annually. Any unregistered bicycle left on-campus is subject to removal by the Department of Public Safety (DPS). If your bicycle is missing or stolen, please contact DPS at 206.296.5990.
To register your bicycle with DPS, fill in the following form and press the 'Submit' button. You will receive a confirmation email and registration number from our office within 5 business days. If you do not receive this email or just have questions, you can contact the DPS Crime Prevention Unit DRM@seattleu.edu.
Completion of all fields is required for registration. You may also update or cancel a previously registered bicycle with DPS by selecting the appropriate box at the beginning of this form.
