Transitioning to Microsoft Office 2007

This class offers an overview of the changes in the Microsoft Office 2007 suite. Although this class is not a formal prerequisite for the other classes in the Transitioning to Office 2007 series, participating in this course before the others is recommended.

Word will be used for hands-on practice, but participants will be prepared to apply what they learn throughout the Office 2007 suite. The class will cover:

• The Office button
• The quick access toolbar
• The ribbon, tabs, and command groups
• Contextual command tabs
• Live preview
• New file formats

RSVPs

Class space is limited, so RSVPs are required. To RSVP, click on the class session you want to attend in the Upcoming Events calendar on the right, then click on RSVP by Email. Fill out your name and email address and send the form provided.
