You may need to delegate access to your emails
or calendar to allow someone to make appointments for you, or answer emails on
your behalf. Use this guide to assist you through the proper steps to delegate
Step 1: Open Microsoft
Step 2: Click File in the
upper left-hand corner.
Step 3: Click on the Account
Settings arrow to open the drop-down menu
Step 4: Choose Delegate
Step 5: Click Add .
Step 6: Use the search box to find people to
add. Select their name(s) ad click Add . Then click OK
Step 7. Adjust the permissions settings and
click OK . Most often to allow someone to make calendar
appointments or answer emails, they'll need to be an Editor.
