  • Microsoft Outlook - Send As A Public Email on a PC

     

    Objective:

    To send an email from a public email address, rather than from your personal email.

    Prerequisites : In order to do this, the mailbox administrator for the public folder must grant you permission.

    1. Open Microsoft Outlook 2010  and open a new email.
    2. Choose Options  from the top ribbon, then choose From  on the top ribbon.
    3. Click From  and choose Other E-mail Address  from the drop-down menu.
    4. Type in the public email you'd like to send from and click OK
    5. The email you've chosen will appear in the From field. Everyone you send an email to will see that this email was not sent by you, but from the public email.

    Step 1: Open Microsoft Outlook 2010 .

     

    Step 2: Open a new email.
