Enrolling at Seattle University

If you are seeking an undergraduate degree, view our undergraduate admission home page.

If you are seeking a graduate degree, view our graduate admission home page.

Students who do not intend to complete Seattle University degrees may enroll in undergraduate courses as non-matriculants. Applicants must be in good academic and social standing at any colleges or universities where they may have studied.

Students must complete a non-matriculated student application (for undergraduate or graduate) and submit an application fee. Non-matriculated students do not qualify for financial aid or academic counseling.

During summer term only, non-degree-seeking students register at the same time as matriculated undergraduates. Advance registration begins on May 13th and continues until the last day of add and drop for the final short course offered late in the summer term.

For more information, please see our policy regarding non-matriculated class level.
