    The Right Start is an Early Start!

    If you are an incoming freshman or new transfer student, we encourage you to participate in a unique summer program that combines a University Core Curriculum course with planned activities, designed to provide you with a welcoming and fulfilling experience at Seattle U.

    We’ve developed an array of daily activities that allow you to explore both Seattle University and the beautiful Pacific Northwest, while centering yourself in our community of learning. Each night and weekend, you’ll choose the activity that appeals most to you.

    Tuition, Housing & Meal Plan Information
    Cost of tuition is $2,990 (reflects a reduced tuition rate, 25% off the regular year's rate per credit hour). or 206-220-8020

    Housing cost is $198/week (total of $990 for 5 weeks)

    Meal Plan cost is $120/week (total of $600 for 5 weeks)
    *Actual food cost may be less, amount left over will roll onto fall food service account.

    Lab fee is $120
    Total Cost: $4,700

    Personal Health Insurance
    While Seattle University does not require proof of health insurance for those enrolled less than full-time in summer quarter, it is highly recommended that you do carry your own health insurance while taking advantage of the Early Start program.
