Danicole Ramos graduated from Kalani High School in Honolulu, Hawaii. He served as class president each of his four years of high school and was a member of the varsity boys volleyball team. He received the Academic Honor Roll Award and varsity boys volleyball Team Player Award. Danicole volunteered with the Hawaii Special Olympics, the Wahiawa Affordable Housing and Homeless Alliance and the Haleiwa Once a Month Church North Shore, distributing food items, toiletries and school supplies to the homeless. Danicole was a club leader for Youth for Christ Club and on the student leadership team for the CORE club, the campus Christian club. Danicole is a member of National Honor Society.
Danicole majors in Business Management and minors in Entrepreneurship. He is the Luau Logistics Chairperson for the Hui O Nani Hawaii Club, where he oversees the planning of the school’s largest and longest running student organized event, the luau. He is also involved with Campus Ministry’s Mission Trek, working with Esperanza International to build houses in Tijuana, Mexico. From January to May 2014, Danicole studied abroad at Saint Louis University in Madrid, Spain, where he also tutored English for students in an afterschool program. He enjoys how much emphasis is put on community at Seattle University and believes that being in community with others enhances your overall experience in college and allows you to find support when you need it the most.
