Workplace Satisfaction Committee
The Workplace Satisfaction Committee (WSC) was formed in spring 2011 to support a divisional environment that provides a great place to work for our staff. The group is charged with:
- To develop strategies and action steps addressing recommendations from the Seattle University Faculty and Staff Satisfaction survey conducted by Human Resources
- To provide a structure for continual assessment and improvement within the Division of Student Development
The University Strategic Initiative,Investing in the Excellence of our Faculty and Staff, has served a critical part of the committee's work. The committee seeks to be a communication link to and from the division about new policies and procedures generated from this initiative. This includes changes to the performance evaluation process, implementation of merit pay, changes to retirement plan management, etc.
