The 65-page report, Voices from Detention, is the first in-depth study of conditions at the federal detention facility. Seattle University law students, in collaboration with OneAmerica (formerly Hate Free Zone), conducted the study based on interviews with detainees, attorneys and family.

The next generation of basketball stars tested their playing prowess on the courts of Connolly Center at the Redhawks basketball day camp. Young players of all skill levels showed their best b-ball moves against more "seasoned" players and coaches. The camp introduces the fundamentals of the game in a positive, team-oriented environment. And the players, in turn, pick up new skills and work habits applicable in the game of life.
