Friday 6am-10pm

Saturday 9am-10pm

Sunday 12pm-9pm


The Connolly Center Entrance is currently under construction.

Please enter through the Cherry Street Entrance on the North Side of the Rec Center.

 Department of Recreational Sports


 The Department of Recreational Sports offers a variety of programs: individual/dual and team intramural sports, fitness programs, exercise and leisure classes, sport clubs and a variety of outdoor adventures.

Intramural Sports

Intramural Sports offers a variety of team sports and individual/dual sports to fit every ability level and interest. Make a team with some of your classmates and friends. Enjoy healthy competition while having some fun and relieving stress! Click here for more info.

Sport Clubs

Sports Clubs are student lead, and vary annually. Most activities will begin in the fall. Check out the club sports web page for contact information and email the student leader of Crew, Golf, Equestrian, Gymnastics, Marksmanship, Baseball, Ice Hockey, Lacrosse, Rugby, Cheer, Outdoor, Ski, Tennis, Cycling, Hack, etc.


Leisure Education Program

LEP at Seattle U encompasses group fitness, personal training, aquatics, mind-body, martial arts and sports instruction at a low cost.  Sessions last for 6-8 weeks each quarter, and commence the second week of classes.  Aquatics, Martial Arts and Personal Training are offered almost continuously throughout the year. Please consult the Leisure Education Tab for registration info, class descriptions, schedules and frequently asked questions. Be sure to take advantage of free weeks of classes, as well as one-time programs such as ski-conditioning and golf trainin

Outdoor Adventure & Recreation Program (OAR)

OAR organizes year- round activities including hikes, camping, climbing, Washington trail repair, surfing, kayaking, snowshoe, snowboarding, skiing, cycling, and more. Get involved by signing up on OAR’s email list, just contact OAR@seattleu.edu  Find a list of events/trips on the Rec Sports webpage, click on the Outdoor Adventure and Recreation tab on the left.
