The three-day OMA Connections program in September allowed both the Peer Mentors (PMs) and
their mentees to grow, learn, reflect, and bond
through various activities such as games, diversity
talks, caucuses, community walk about, and other
fun-filled activities. When asked what was most
memorable about Connections, Carlo a mentee,
stated, “The best thing about Connections was
meeting all the different people from different
walks of life and just hanging out with them."
