  • Mandatory Immunizations for Undergraduates
    Mandatory Immunizations for Undergraduates Seattle University requires all students staff faculty enrolled in undergraduate courses to provide documentation that they have had two doses of the Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR), a Tetanus booster in the last 10 years and three doses of the Hepatitis B series.

    Health Insurance Requirement and Waiver / Intent to Enroll Process
    Seattle University requires all full time (enrolled in 12 or more credits) undergraduates to have health insurance. Seattle University contracts the Student Health Insurance Plan through Wells Fargo Insurance Services.

    Meningococcal disease is a potentially life threatening bacterial infection that can lead to meningococcal meningitis, an inflammation of the membranes surrounding the brain and spinal cord, or meningococcal septicemia, an infection of the blood.
