Carol Guenther is a Mediator with The Reid Group- a National consulting and mediation company located in Seattle and a Pastoral Minister with over 25 years experience leading faith communities across the United States, including Boston, MA; South Bend, IN, Sumner, WA and Tacoma WA. Carol is a past Instructor with Loyola University, New Orleans, as well as the Satellite Theological Education Program (STEP) of the University of Notre Dame. She is a member of the National Association for Lay Ministry (NALM), the Association for Conflict Resolution, Catholic Ministers for Church Renewal and Pierce County Counselors Association. Carol is married and the proud parent of four young adult children, whom she considers one of her greatest sources of continuing education. She also holds a Master of Divinity degree from the University of Notre Dame and certificates in Mediation, Diversity Training, and Bereavement Ministry.
