Search For Meaning 2012 - Dining Options

 

ApplesSeattle University’s nationally ranked dining program (17th Best in the Nation!) is run by Bon Appétit Management Company, known for their culinary expertise, customer service and commitment to socially responsible business practices. Food is purchased with the highest ethical standards and environmental impact in mind: eggs are cage-free, beef is range-fed, fish adheres to Seafood Watch guidelines, and produce is organic and grown locally whenever possible. Locations and hours for the Festival only:

The Cherry Street Market, located on the 2nd Floor of the Student Center, is the largest café on campus and is open from 8am to 2pm, offering a wide variety of food and beverage.

On the third floor of the Student Center, the Bistro offers personal house made pizzas and flavorful entrees from our open-hearth oven, salads, sandwiches, made from scratch soups, house-made desserts, smoothies, Caffé Vita espresso and assorted beverages. Open 2pm to Midnight.

In the Piggott Atrium, The Bottom Line is open from 8am till 5pm with hot and cold sandwiches, made from scratch soups, pre-made salads, house baked goods, Caffé Vita espresso, and a wide variety of beverages.

In the Sullivan Law Center, the Sidebar offers sandwiches, salads, made from scratch soups, Stumptown espresso, pastries and assorted beverages. Open 8am to 5pm.

Located in the basement of Campion Hall, the Cave offers hot food, sandwiches, made from scratch soups and a wide variety of convenience foods, sundries, snacks, hot and cold beverages. Open 11am till 11pm.
