Primary responsibilities: Jaime works with students whose last names begin with A - C. She is also responsible for coordinating the awarding of departmental scholarships as well as endowed and restricted institutional scholarships and Independent College of Washington (ICW) scholarships. Jaime is the primary contact for scholarships awarded by the College Success Foundation (Achievers, Governors and Leadership 1000) and for the Gates Millennium Scholars program.

She is the counselor responsible for coordinating financial aid for students planning to study abroad and the tuition exchange and FACHEX programs and serves as the financial aid liaison to the Matteo Ricci College.

She also has primary responsibility for coordinating VA Educational Benefits and these State of Washington financial aid programs: Educational Opportunity Grant, Washington Scholars, WAVE (Washington Award for Vocational Excellence), Future Teachers, GET (Guaranteed Education Tuition) and GEAR-UP (Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs).
