The music chair puts on 2 events per quarter of or relating to music. These can include but are not limited to “coffeehouse” performances by local bands, discount tickets to concerts, bringing in a musician to teach a class, open mic nights, and more.
The films chair puts on 2 events per quarter of or relating to films. These can include but are not limited to showing a movie (usually done in Piggott Auditorium), providing discount movie tickets to students, and more.
The arts chair puts on 2 events per quarter of or relating to the arts. These can include but are not limited to arts and crafts, art appreciation, art walks, art classes (bringing in professional painters), culinary/confectionary artistry, and more.
Two entertainment chairs will work independently to each put on 2 events per quarter. The purpose of these events is to provide a relaxing outlet for students by bringing in off-campus forms of entertainment. These events have included comedians, hypnotists, and speakers. They also do off-campus activities such as bringing students to a corn maze. On-campus activities have included life-size board games, bingo, and video game tournaments. The entertainment chairs together are also in charge of planning and facilitating the quarterly Pancake Feed.
