Please register through the PLTW national website. After you complete the registration, you will need to submit the Authorization to Attend and Payment Form no later than May 15, 2013.

Meals
Participants staying on campus will receive 3 meals per day (including weekends) at our campus cafeteria. Lunch at our cafeteria is included for commuters.
Accommodations
Participants stay in one of our student dorms on the Seattle University campus. The rooms are private with a sink however, restrooms and showers are shared.
Scholarships
The availability of scholarships for Washington State teachers only
in 2013 can not be determined until the end of the Washington State
Legislative Session approximately April.
College Credit For Summer Training
Clock hours or credit hours available. 7 quarter credits, $40/credit.
Cancellation Policy
There is a $150 cancellation fee applied to cancellations made after the deadline date stipulated below. Within three (3) weeks of the start of a course, no refunds are available (a substitutions may be available at this STI site only). Written requests for cancellation should be sent to pltw@seattleu.edu.
Cancellation after May 15 - Fee: $150
Cancellation after June 1 - NO REFUND*
*See note above: No refund for a cancellation within three (3) weeks of a course beginning, but a substitution may be arranged only at this CTI site. No refund after a course has begun. There are NO REFUNDS for “NO SHOWS.”
New Registration Procedures
Washington teachers who need to take a course out of state that is offered at SU.Email pltw@seattleu.edu letting us know why you need out of state registration. Include the course, preferred location, and session in your email. The WA Affiliate Director will request a code from the Affiliate Director at the preferred location. With that code, you will be able to register for the out of state STI.
NOTE: WA teachers who want to take a course we do not offer at SU can automatically sign up at another location. HOWEVER, registration for the first 2 weeks (until April 1) will be limited to those teaching in that state, so be patient.
Hiring a new teacher and need to reserve a spot?
Email pltw@seattleu.edu letting us know about the situation and the course. You will be emailed a code that can be used to register that teacher once identified and signed up with PLTW as a teacher.
NOTE: If we are running a waiting list, we will be talking to you about how long we can reserve that seat.
