Joe joined the Mechanical Engineering Department in October of 2004.
He received his B.A. from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California
and M.A. from California State University, Northridge before coming
to Seattle. He also serves in the same capacity for Civil and Environmental
Engineering Department.
