Two-Year Suggested Course Schedules for Transfer Students for Seattle University Mathematics Degrees
The suggested course schedules below assume that a transfer student has completed 90 quarter-credits and holds an Associate’s Degree. The student should also have completed the equivalent of the following mathematics courses: MATH 134 (Calculus I), MATH 135 (Calculus II), MATH 136 (Calculus III), MATH 232 (Multivariable Calculus), MATH 233 (Linear Algebra), MATH 234 (Differential Equations), and MATH 310 (Introduction to Advanced Mathematics). Once a transfer students has been accepted as a mathematics major, s/he will meet with the Chair of the Mathematics Department, who will assist with developing a precise two-year plan for the chosen major and assign an academic advisor.
