    The Diagnostic Ultrasound program is a cohort format in which students must take all of the ultrasound courses in the prescribed order and with

     the group of students with whom they entered with.  The ultrasound curriculum must be completed in two years .

 are an out of state transfer contact the registrar at the link above for answers on equivalencies'. Transcripts cannot be evaluated by the program staff or

 faculty. This process is completed by the Evaluators in the Registrar's office.

All Transfer / Junior students are required by Seattle University to take the three core classes listed above. 
These classes must be taken the summer quarter between your junior and summer year.  All Core classes must be taken 
before you can be placed in a clinical site for internship.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

*Completed transfer applications for the junior class of Fall 2008, MUST be received/postmarked

   by midnight on February 15, 2008

 All material must be received/postmarked by midnight  FEBRUARY 15, 2008 and must include the following

  1. Seattle University Undergraduate Common Application

  2. Diagnostic Ultrasound Supplemental Application

    • Two Letters of Recommendations from faculty members and/or employers/ Can also be used for the Commons application

    • A Diagnostic Ultrasound Personal Essay/ Can also be used for the Commons application

    • Official Transcripts

    • Application Fee of $45.00

  3. Please be sure to update your application if you are still in the process of finishing prerequisites, a note to the Registrar

    that the class is completed and documentation of your final grade

    4.   Applications that are not complete, will not be forwarded to the Diagnostic Ultrasound faculty for review
