If you feel that you have mastered a subject through personal study or work experience you may receive credit and a grade for the course(s) by examination. The rules for credit by examination are outlined in the Seattle University Undergraduate Bulletin of Information . The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering normally administers such examinations by having you take the final examination for the class when normally offered.
