Rachel Dang Awarded
$5,000 Scholarship
Rachel Dang was awarded a $5,000 scholarship
from Brown and Caldwell. They are a group of engineers,
scientists, consultants and constructors who help municipal, private and
federal agencies solve complex environmental challenges.
Rachel grew up in Honolulu, Hawaii and graduated
from Hawaii Baptist Academy in 2008. Her love for math, science,
and city life brought her to study Civil Engineering at Seattle
University. Currently, she is planning on attending graduate
school (preferably on the West Coast) for Structural Engineering.
