Congratulations to our Seattle University teams who competed in the 2011 Washington State Institute for Transportation Engineers (ITE) annual student competition on May 19th. Maureen O’Sullivan and Cindy Halim won second place. They received a $300 award.  Michelle Myers and Ethan Belen tied for third place and received a $75 award. Both teams developed a traffic calming solution for 112^th Avenue NE in Bellevue, Washington. There was also a good turn-out of support from their fellow classmates.
