The degree in Cell and Molecular Biology prepares students through intensive laboratory training in modern scientific methods for graduate education in biology and employment in bio-tech research. It is expected that this degree will prepare students who plan to apply to medical school, veterinary school, or education in another health-related field.
Bachelor of Science in Marine and Conservation Biology
The degree in Marine and Conservation Biology incorporates two intensive field experiences including a study abroad component, and exposes students to both temperate and tropical ecosystems. This degree will prepare students for graduate school in biology, the private sector, or government employment at the local, state, or federal levels.
